Curbside Service/Catering/Special Events

Southern Smoke Truck is proudly doing curbside service in Hamilton and the surrounding area, with regular stops in Ancaster, Stoney Creek and Niagara-On-The-Lake. Look for us regularly at our fantastic new spot at Aberdeen & Longwood, which is known as Food Truck Alley. When we are not doing curbside, we are available for all your catering and special event needs. From backyard BBQ’s, Weddings and late night buffets we have you covered! Smoke it and they will come!

Consulting

We also offer consulting for new food truckers to help you get rolling down the road. We can guide you through developing your concept and business plan, designing your truck layout, to food & packaging costing, we can take you through every step of the way.

Custom Built Food Trucks/Repairs/Modifications

Southern Smoke Truck has added a truck building division to our company, after building our first successful truck we are ready to enter the food truck and event trailer building aspect of our industry.
